Like a Fishbone
About the Play
In a remote valley town, a renowned architect is commissioned to design a monument commemorating a past disaster that once struck the area. On a rainy night, just before the monument’s unveiling, a blind woman enters the architect’s studio. She wants to share what she knows about the events leading up to the disaster and make her voice heard.
Over the course of an hour, the two women engage in a deep and intense conversation—discussing ethics, faith, motherhood, womanhood, and what it means to be human. As they debate, they are forced to confront not only each other but also themselves.
Fishbone is both a psychological thriller and a chilling exploration of the dangers of self-examination, offering the audience an alternative and unsettling perspective on personal reckoning.
