● To train cultural youth workers in creating safe and inclusive spaces where LGB and TQIA+ youth can express themselves without fear of judgment, discrimination, or harassment.
● To empower youth workers to help LGB and TQIA+ young people express their identities, emotions, and experiences through creative methods such as theatre, dance, and film.
● To explore ways in which creative activities can help LGB and TQIA+ youth develop a sense of belonging and connect with peers who share similar experiences.
Additionally, participants will receive training in sensitivity, consent, and inclusive language. They will also learn methods to support young people in expressing their identities through art forms such as theatre, dance, and film. Participants will be informed about the Erasmus+ program and guided on how to utilize it for their future projects. Lastly, they will have the opportunity to share and develop their theatre-making approaches.
This project aims to take a step toward combating exclusionary actions against LGB and TQIA+ individuals.
